Distribution/Location - Makoure, Cameroon & Guinea

Water Parameters - pH 6.5-7.5

Temperature - 74-82 F

Size - Males: 3.25" Females: 2.75"

Breeding - Cave spawner, eggs take approx. 48-72 hours to hatch. Parents are excellent at hiding their eggs and fry. A lot of times, you won't even realize they have spawned.

Personal Remarks - Does best with softwater. Driftwood, peat, oak or almond leaves are great for softening water.

Additional Remarks - Has many different color morphs, some of which are yet to be described species.
